Delivering high-quality design projects for over 25 years.
The Team
How we work
John Halton assures his personal attention at all stages of the project
from inception through to completion of the appointment. This entails
establishing the brief and identifying potential dangers and risks
associated with the scheme. Initially a pencil sketch design drawing is
produced which is then transferred onto the computer and visualised for
presentation purposes. In most cases, this innovative and creative
process explores new ideas and opportunities where over forty years of
valuable experience, designing high profile and complicated
architectural structures is advantageous.
Where outside specialist consultants are required, we communicate the
intentions of the proposals and collaborate to make sure that the desired
effect of the architectural design is achieved and statutory procedures
are followed.
The technical drawings and project development of the scheme is given
the same intimate consideration. This is because realising your
perceptions and delivering a successful outcome is of utmost importance
to John Halton Design Ltd. Arguably this is the most critical part of the
design process and relies on our practical knowledge and competence to
determine the most appropriate and proficient form of construction in
compliance with regulatory obligations. The company adheres to the
highest standards of behaviour and is regulated by a professional code of
conduct and the requirements of a registered chartered practice with a
commitment to operate with integrity and ethical values.
