John Halton Design Ltd is a conscientious architectural practice based in Lincolnshire, established in February 1995. Its aim is to provide a pragmatic approach to architecture, the procurement of buildings and achieving the client's requirements by producing designs that are imaginative, practical and value for money.  The Chartered Consultancy has a varied range of experience in residential, commercial, ecclesiastical, industrial and conservation projects, where a balance of design flair and comprehensive technical expertise is fully exploited and used to its best advantage. We are committed to delivering a quality and versatile service, providing experience and expertise to every situation.  The Practice is determined to respond to the client’s needs and ensure that critical deadlines are observed at all times. Over the last 25 years John Halton Design Ltd have gained national and regional recognition for producing creative design solutions across a varied sector of the market. John Halton Design Ltd. prides itself on providing a design service that meets each client’s needs, however large or small. We have the capability to realise the client’s intentions by generating schemes that satisfy the brief. We have been granted a National Civic Trust Award along with two RICS East Midlands Awards including The Judges Special Award. In addition we received commendations from the LABC at both regional and national level and were shortlisted for the Brick Development Awards (BDA) in 2019. Over the years, many of our projects have been featured in national and international publications.
